HD 720p30 h264 at about 2 Mbps proxed by Apache (network-caching 1000)

I shoot the original of this video on the highway with my smartphone. The original was a 1080i30 downscaled and recompressed with the ffmpeg (GPL) application avidemux.
Despite of its simplicity, the vertical movement of the cars stress the decoder and the connection. In case of lost of information (and the high compression rate of h264 is prone to these problems) the objects in the scene skip their positions and it is also possible they strike green behind if the last frame is a B/P frame.
The reproduction may be in any case affected by network problems

The video is stream at its full size (720p30) but it is embedded in this page scaled as 640x360.
To view in full screen, click over the video or over the button that appears cross-hairing the mouse over the video area, or moving the mouse when in full screen to return to the html page.

To be recalled directly with a player (such as VLC), the stream URL is http://www.iginomanfre.it/HD_2000
or http://iginomanfre.it/HD_2000
or again

The video is about 2 Mbps, an unusually low bandwidth, not often used in DTT broadcast even for 720i25.
The same segment in HD 1080i25 is stream from this website, still compressed in h264, at 4 Mbps and in PAL at more than 18 Mbps, and in MXF at 56 Mbps, these three bandwidth never available through the best home ADSL connections.
