HD 720p proxed by Apache (h264 high profile at level l4.2 at about 2Mbps)

I've shot this original video on the highway with my smartphone. The original size and frame rate was a 1080i30 converted 720p.
Despite of the simple scene, the vertical movement of the cars stresses the decoder and the connection.
In case of lost of information (and the high compression rate of h264 is prone to these problems) e.g. for unadequate network speed, an object jump to new position and a gray or green stripe appear behind (this depends on the frame type lost).

The same segment is also stream at 2.k Mbps in 1080p25.
