16:9 progressive CIF proxed by Apache 150 Kbps (overall 284 Kbps) wrapped in an mpeg4 media base format (MBFF, ISO 14496-16) and stream as a MPEG2 (DVB) TS

In order to test the streaming capability, I've used a small portion (about 600 seconds) of the movie Home realised by Yann Arthus Bertrand in 2009, copyright Europa Corp, publicly viewable on many web sites. I've added a specific page with all the disclaimer and additional informations.

The video here embedded is the sequence of 25 progressive images per second.
This size and bandwidth is extremely good for mobile television
It has a Pixel Aspect Ratio of 64:45 (1.42, larger than standard PAR 1.33 - standard 4:3 -- but much smaller than 1.7 of 16:9) in order to obtain the Display Aspect Ratio of 16:9.

The video is a h264 16:9 anamorphic 150 Kbps CBR 25 progressive frame per second with 128 Kbps AAC-LC stereo 48KHz audio compressed with Rhozet Carbon Coder. The mp4 MBFF is extremely lighter than TS: about 10 Kbps vs about 150 Kbps of MPEG2 TS. It is stream with the VLC TS (DVB) engine because FLV streamer seems to suffer looping problems.

This is a live streaming, not based on a slice downloaded material (such as Dinamic streaming ones are).
